The XKR-S was a limited run model consisting of 200 right and left hand drive for European markets. Only 50 cars came to the UK all in Ultimate Black.

The model included these following features. Lightweight forged 20-inch alloy wheels, firmer springs, dampers and anti-roll bars, steering is 10 per cent quicker and the ride height lowered by 10mm. It also gets race-bred brake callipers, six-pot Alcon brakes up front with four-pots out back that not only improve stopping power but also reduce unsprung mass. The exterior gets a unique and subtle bodykit highlighted in graphite grey. The interior was upgraded to a Portfolio spec which includes extended leather to the dash and door cards with a white contrast stitching. A 500W Bowers & Wilkins audio system was also fitted. The roof lining was also upgraded to alcantara.
